In addition, our “upstairs” state of the art trading floor has allowed us the flexibility to hire some of the best professional sales traders on Wall Street. Our bustling trading floor, which also has access to all markets and liquidity pools, helps us integrate the Options market into our macro Equity execution strategy. There are three key ingredients that Meridian keeps at the forefront of every order we handle: Complete Anonymity, Net Cost Optimization, and Access to Information. 1. Rigorous internal checks and balances ensure every client and every order remain 100% anonymous. Each client & order is assigned an unidentifiable code as their reference ID from start to finish. We consider client anonymity our highest priority. 2. Net Cost Optimization — the bottom line results our clients demand. We strive to find the true point of price discovery expeditiously and without detection in the marketplace. Our hybrid approach to execution allows Meridian traders to keep slippage at a bare minimum. 3. Access to Information has become a true skill set. What used to be a generic attribute has quickly evolved into a detective’s game as the markets continue to fragment.
