- Institutional Equity Sales Trader: Meridian is seeking qualified domestic sales traders to fill two positions in downtown Manhattan. Our state of the art trading facility provides the perfect hybrid between our full service electronic platforms and our vibrant exchange floor operations. Leverage our execution expertise, access to information, and deep liquidity in the equity markets while taking advantage of our premium/custom quantitative research product. You will have the opportunity to cross-market and provide your clients with additional products such as Option Analytics, Agency Equity Execution, Prime Brokerage, Corporate Access plus access to our Capital Placement team. The relaxed environment, working alongside industry veterans, will allow you the perfect setting to further cultivate your relationships. Ideal candidates should have strong established relationships with buy side funds with less than $1 billion AUM. - Equity Derivative Sales Trader: Meridian is seeking qualified sales traders to fill three positions on our equity derivative desk in downtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of the derivatives market while possessing strong established relationships at both the trader and PM level. Preference will be given to candidates with relationships that are less than $1 billion AUM. - Senior Convertible Bond Professional: Meridian is seeking a veteran professional to start-up, recruit, oversee and manage all aspects of a new convertible bond desk. The ideal candidate with have the established network and credibility to bring business in on day one while attracting other veteran sales traders to join the effort. This candidate will have access to Meridian's quantitative research team to help build the analytical tools needed to attract clients and talent. - 3rd Party Marketer: Meridian is seeking entrepreneurial individuals or teams to join our growing Capital Placement network. The ideal candidate will have a multi-year proven track record raising capital for numerous hedge funds of various sizes & strategies. - IT Coordinator: Meridian has an opening for a hands-on IT manager in a fun, fast paced and challenging environment. Excellent oral & written communications, organizational, and technical analysis skills are a must.
