Meridian facilitates personalized meetings between public company management and our institutional investment clients. As an agency only firm with no proprietary research, clients can rest assured that no conflict of interest exists. We have deep rooted relationships with ‘C Level’ management (CEO, CFO, CIO) across a wide range of market caps and sectors. In addition, we work closely with several independent Investor Relations firms to discover lesser known, yet quality companies.
There are several convenient ways Meridian’s clients can benefit from our Corporate Access program:
- Group Meetings - Through our unique relationship with the NYSE, we host intimate group meetings between company management and clients. This setting, usually limited to no more than 5 clients, allows analysts to benefit from a shared Q & A session while still getting the face to face experience.
- Conference Calls - Our Corporate Access team coordinates and moderates conference calls with senior management allowing clients to ask anonymous questions while allowing them to attend from the convenience of their office.
- One-on-One Meetings - Meridian, along with our exclusive partners, have become premier leaders in Corporate Access events, having provided our clients with face to face access to over 90 issuers averaging $14 billion in market cap. These events are held at our client’s office offering the advantage of dedicated face time with key members of senior management.
- Facility Tours - Our clients have access to exclusively organized field trips to tour the facilities of various public companies allowing analysts to literally ‘look under the hood.’
